They used to be a well respected company. Started noticing their fall off once they offered 40-50% discount codes. Then Tradovate notified their failure to pay. Thats when the real stress started. Almost 6 days, i havent received a payout. Got send the rise invitation and received the certificate of “payout”. Nothing on my account. Customer services doesn't reply properly only uses copy and paste replies. Bunch of users on their discord saying the same as me, haven't received payouts DAYS AND WEEKS after being approved. Don’t use this prop firms. I don’t see them lasting another year in the industry.

Two Seperate Issues
Eli Was the best, he answered everything and helped me out. I came to him with 2 seperate problems and was being a little moody, and he still took care of me and showed the most professionalism ive seen from support at a prop firm. Customer service was amazing and more attention needs to be brought to how professional and caring Eli was.

I do not recommend this company. They defrauded us. They did not give us our dues that we worked hard to achieve. They did not compensate us for the Promium Plan accounts. They only returned the deposits of the accounts. As for our money that we worked hard for, they did not send it to a group of thieves. I do not recommend them because they only take into account their interests. We lost a lot of money with them. When we passed the tests and claimed the dues, they brought out the Ninja Trader topic for us. And Tradovit, we are not responsible. We have concluded contracts with you, a group of traitors
