Very disappointing experience with this company I am extremely disappointed with the way my account was handled. My $5,000 funded account was closed after I lost only $101, without any warning, notification, or opportunity to explain my situation. Before trading, I carefully read the rules multiple times, and I was confident that I did not violate any trading conditions. I also had a profit of $149 on my account, and I was only two days away from becoming eligible for a withdrawal. Instead of providing a clear explanation or conducting a proper review, my account was closed immediately. What made the situation even worse was the extremely poor customer support experience. The customer service is one of the worst I have experienced. The support team showed no real willingness to help, investigate, or understand the issue. The replies were mostly copy-paste answers with no clear explanation, no professionalism, and no serious attempt to solve the problem. A professional funding company should respect its traders and provide transparency, especially when taking a serious action like closing an account. I have screenshots of my account status and all conversations with support, and I am willing to share them with anyone who wants to review the situation. I hope the company improves its customer service, communication, and transparency in dealing with traders.

Customer support is unable to comprehend anything apart copy pasting same responses, ALL SWING TRADERS STAY AWAY!!! I read all their rules, they have daily and max drawdown update everyday from highest point of equity and balance, what they do not mention is that if u have positions opened like i did with 7k profit on 192k account, on daily reset they took balance of 192k and 199k equity and automaticly terminated my account saying that max dailydrawdown is 6k and that based on 199k equity balance of 192k already breaks it. IN WHAT WORLD DOES THIS MAKE SENSE? if you calculate drawdown on both equity and balance, then compare balance's daily drawdown against balance and equity's drawdown against equity, with this automated rules they made sure that swing traders get their accounts terminated on all their 1 step challanges or must close profitable trades that have potential to go even further, before day ends, limiting trader's potential. going to stick with ftmo, better pay more, but won't get tricked on these illogical rules that punish traders for being profitable. 7K pnl profit is considered same as negative 6k for the day, can you imagine, the absurd and the level of stupidity you have to deal when communicating with them, it's just absurd, I asked 5 times to be forward to decision maker, nothing.
