Suddenly promote to live without paying, and then blocking my acount from the firm
I received a few small payouts. Then I have 2 funded account with big balance and going to qualify for payouts. Lucid suddenly upgrade my to the live account without paying me the balance (all funded account removed). I thought that's OK. However, when I attempt with the onboarding process to Live, even the KYC third party verified me successfully, it showed failed verification in the Lucid's portal. I tried many times, ask for support, they said change the browser but I still failed. Now they blocked my account from their platform. I just want to warn everyone to avoid this firm.

I had over $15,000 in profit in my Select Funded account and had already received two payouts. After qualifying for my third payout, the payout button never appeared. Support told me my account had been escalated for review. A few days later I was asked to complete KYC again, which I did immediately. My account was then locked, and later I received a permanent enforcement notice stating only "Fraud" without identifying the trades, conduct, or policy violation that led to that conclusion. I have requested an explanation because I believe traders should be told the specific basis for such a serious action. My concern is not that firms conduct reviews—they should—but that a permanent ban and forfeiture were imposed without providing any factual explanation of the alleged violation. Dont trust this company. They have a good marketing initiative. They are only interested in you failing the evals.
