Unfair Account Termination & Refusal to Provide Evidence (Account ID: 816141)

I am writing this review to warn other traders about my experience with Next Level Funded after three months of disciplined work on my account (ID: 816141). After strictly adhering to all risk management rules, passing the evaluation, and requesting my hard-earned payout of $4,999, my account was suddenly terminated under the generic accusation of "correlation to multi-accounting." Here are the facts of my case: * Legitimate Independent Trading: Every single trade on my account was opened, managed, and closed manually by me. I have full, verified trade logs proving independent trade execution. * Shared Infrastructure Provided: The system flagged my account solely based on network/IP correlation. I provided official proof—my residential lease agreement—showing that I live in a large 64-unit apartment complex with a shared network infrastructure. * Refusal to Provide Evidence: When I contacted support on Discord requesting specific logs or technical parameters for my own account, they repeatedly refused, deleted my support tickets, and stated: "No details can be provided here." * Blocked Access: My dashboard access was revoked immediately after requesting the payout, preventing me from accessing my account details directly on their site. Hiding behind blanket privacy excuses to deny evidence for my own account—while ignoring official documentation like a lease contract—shows a complete lack of transparency and bad faith towards funded traders. I strongly advise other traders to be cautious. I am fully prepared to update or remove this review once senior management conducts a proper human review, examines my submitted lease agreement and trade logs, and processes my legitimate payout.
