I purchased multiple Take Profit Trader…
I purchased multiple Take Profit Trader evaluation accounts, but four of them never activated. To their credit, support initially offered me the choice of either reinstating the accounts or issuing a refund. I first chose reinstatement, but after waiting with no progress, I requested a refund instead. Unfortunately, my last two emails have gone unanswered, and I have received no update on either the reinstatement or the refund. I hope this is simply a customer service backlog and that the issue is resolved soon. However, based on my experience so far, the lack of communication has been disappointing. I will happily update this review if my refund is processed or the matter is resolved promptly.
Understanding Company
I live in Jakarta and my connection is not always stable. I was honest about my situation and TPT showed me grace. Cyrine was kind and understanding in her reply back to me. My family and I prayed about this situation the night before. When I woke up in the morning my prayers were answered. They have a new loyal customer.
